A new music therapy studio, which will serve to help rehabilitate high school drop-outs, was established in Netanya. The studio was built thanks to the generous donation of Madame Paulette Darty and the B’nai B’rith Israel’s Bonei Yisrael Lodge. This innovative program, part of the broader Hila Music Program of the Hilel Yafe Medical Center, will use the therapeutic power of music to help adolescents who have dropped out of school rebuild their lives and reintegrate into Israeli society. Beyond the musical aspect, the program supports these young people until they earn their high school diploma and are integrated into the army. The inauguration ceremony was attended by the Mayor of Netanya, Miriam Feirberg-Ikar.
